Welcome to NC Select Cleaning. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (ncselectcleaning.com) and the cleaning services we provide. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
NC Select Cleaning provides residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and vacation rental turnover services in Brunswick County, North Carolina. All cleaning services are performed by independent contractor cleaning professionals.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Services may be booked through our website, by phone at (910) 971-0018, by text message, or by email at admin@ncselectcleaning.com. By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information about your property, including address, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any special instructions or conditions.
We will confirm your appointment via text message and/or email. You are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.
3. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is based on the type of cleaning, property size, and service frequency. Custom quotes are provided based on your specific needs. All prices are subject to change with notice.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit/debit cards processed through our secure payment system (Stripe). Recurring customers may be billed automatically based on their service schedule.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows (failure to provide access at the scheduled time without notice) may be charged the full service price.
5. Property Access and Preparation
You must provide safe and reasonable access to your property for cleaning. Please secure pets, remove valuables from surfaces, and inform us of any hazardous conditions, alarm codes, or special entry instructions before the appointment.
NC Select Cleaning is not responsible for damage to items left on surfaces being cleaned or for pre-existing damage to the property.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion at (910) 971-0018 or admin@ncselectcleaning.com. We will arrange a re-clean of the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
7. Liability and Insurance
NC Select Cleaning carries general liability insurance. Our liability for any damage occurring during service is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the cleaning service performed.
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or failure to disclose relevant property conditions.
8. Independent Contractors
All cleaning professionals who perform services on behalf of NC Select Cleaning are independent contractors (1099), not employees. NC Select Cleaning coordinates scheduling, quality standards, and customer communication.
9. Communication and SMS Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications via text message (SMS/MMS), including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on ncselectcleaning.com, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of NC Select Cleaning and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NC Select Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brunswick County, North Carolina.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
NC Select Cleaning and its SMS service providers, including wireless carriers, are not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network conditions. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our SMS service.
16. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and to opt in to receive SMS/text messages from NC Select Cleaning. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
